This Conversion uses the Penske Superbike internals and completely re-engineers your forks compression and rebound damping by replacing your forks internal damping parts with new ones.

The Penske internals utilize a unique 2-stage compression damping system that gives a very compliant ride yet maintain fantastic front end feel and control even under braking.

The steps that go in to this conversion include the forks being totally disassembled so that all the parts can be meticulously cleaned and inspected. The fork seals are replaced with special low friction parts. Critical internal parts are checked for condition and polished to further enhance performance.

The new fork internals are installed and set up to have damping characteristics most suitable to your bike and riding preferences. New fork springs are installed to closely match your needs.

Finally, the forks are filled with high quality fork oil and tested for starting sag settings before being boxed and shipped back to you.
